Questions about our services
Do we need technical staff to start?
No. The retainer is designed for leadership teams without in-house AI engineers. We translate business questions into technical options and build the first prototypes ourselves.
How is this different from AI consulting?
We do not stop at recommendations. The same team that advises you also scopes and builds the solutions, so strategy and implementation stay connected.
What is an AX Opportunity Map?
It is a one-page view of your business processes that shows where AI or automation could save time or reduce errors, rated by expected impact and implementation difficulty.
Will you recommend specific tools?
Yes, but only after the workflow analysis. We are vendor-neutral and often recommend improving existing tools before adding new ones.
What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) lets an AI assistant answer questions using your own documents, such as manuals, rules or past proposals, so answers reflect your company's knowledge.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
Usually not. We start from your current workflows and tools and upgrade what happens behind them, which keeps disruption and cost low.
