AX, or AI transformation, means redesigning how work gets done on the assumption that AI can draft, analyze and assist with decisions. Where digital transformation (DX) digitizes existing processes, AX asks what people should spend their time on once AI handles the routine work.
Who does Enbito work with?
Mainly owner-managed and mid-sized companies in regional Japan, typically ¥100M–¥1B+ in revenue and 30–300 employees, in industries such as manufacturing, construction, healthcare, retail, hospitality and services. We also work with international companies that partner with regional Japanese businesses.
How is Enbito different from an AI consulting firm?

Do you work with companies outside Japan?
